LOCATION: Northwest Alabama; 4 miles southwest of Fayette. Montgomery is 50 miles to the south. Birmingham is 50 miles to the north. Tuscaloosa is 40 miles to the west.
DESCRIPTION: The Mt. Joy Tract is an excellent pine timber tract with some hardwood also. The timber is a natural stand that is approximately 20 years old and is ready for a thinning. There are a couple of creeks on the property and one would be a nice lake site.

ACCESS: From Fayette take Highway 96 west for 2 miles. Bear left on Fayette County Road 16 and go ½ of a mile. Turn left on to County Road 108 and travel 1 mile. Turn right on to Mt. Joy Road and the Mt. Joy Tract will be .3 mile on both sides.
