LOCATION: Central Alabama. Rockford is 1.5 miles to the south. Clanton is 31 miles to the west. Sylacauga is 20 miles to the north. Birmingham is 68 miles to the northwest. Montgomery is 45 miles to south.
DESCRIPTION: The Gaddis Tract is a good recreational tract and timber investment. The timber is a mix of 3-year-old planted pines and 8 year old planted pines. There is power and county water available on the tract and there is a nice creek that could be an excellent lake site. There is a very good interior road system that carries you throughout the property.
RECREATION: This property is an excellent deer and turkey-hunting tract. The young timber provides good cover for the deer and the hardwoods in the creek bottom provide acorns and browse for nutrients. The open-land is a great natural area for food plots. The creek would also be a great location for a lake.
