COTTONWOOD, ALABAMA The Lewis Tract is a great timberland property on a paved road two miles northeast of Cottonwood, AL, and within a 20-minute drive to Dothan, AL. The majority of the tract is merchantable pine plantation with a few small areas of hardwood. There is an old open barn and a small fish pond. Rocky Creek Road splits the property. There is approximately 43 acres on the east side of the highway and 13 acres on the west side. The west side contains the building that was Grantham Church, which has been inactive for some time.
