The site built home is a 4BR home with a big front porch. There is a mobile home on the farm that is rented out. The new owner will have to live on the farm. There is a litter barn that is 40x90 with two 20ft side sheds. One side shed has a compost bay for mortality. With the farm the seller is going to leave a large amount of hardware items and storage trays. These were in a hardware store and would cost several thousand dollars to buy new. There are a mixture of items in these bins.
